Customs & Import Tax

Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in their country.
Currently, no additional tariffs or import taxes apply to orders shipped to the United States, EU Countries, the United Kingdom, Canada or Australia.
Shipping Policy
- Orders will be shipped within 5 business days after they are placed.
- Pre-order items will be clearly indicated in the product description.
- All orders are shipped via tracked shipping only for security and transparency.
- You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.
- International shipping may take between 5 to 10 days, depending on the destination country.
Important Information
- We can only ship to the address provided in the order receipt. Please ensure that your shipping details are correct and complete.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays, stolen packages, or incorrectly delivered items. Once an order has been shipped, it is beyond our control.
- We strongly advise you to check your tracking information at least once a week to monitor your shipment.
If you have not received your item(s) within one month of shipment, please contact us for assistance.

Returns & Exchanges
- We do not accept cancellations for any reason once an order has been placed.
- Please ensure that you review your order details carefully before completing your purchase. If you require assistance with sizing, measurements, or shipping information, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order.
- Exchange is not available for international orders.
Returns
Returns for a refund to the original payment method must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date by emailing dolomedesonline@gmail.com.
Once your return request has been approved, you will have 14 days to send the item back to us. We must receive the returned item within this timeframe.
Once your return has been shipped, please email us the tracking information for the returned parcel.
Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable, as they are collected by your local customs office. If you wish to seek reimbursement of these charges, please contact your local authorities directly and provide proof that the goods have been returned.
All returned parcels must be clearly marked as "Returned Goods" on the customs declaration form.
Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed. Please note that shipping fees, return shipping costs,20% import tax (if incurred upon return to China), and PayPal transaction fees (4.4% of the total order amount plus USD $0.30) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Free from signs of wear, damage, perfume, makeup, or alterations
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.
Dolomedes reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy or that are sent back without prior approval.
We do not process return or exchange requests submitted via Instagram DM. To ensure your request is received and processed within the required timeframe, please contact us via email at dolomedesonline@gmail.com.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you believe you have received a faulty or defective item, please email us within 7 days of delivery. Kindly include:
- Clear images of the issue
- A detailed description of the fault
We regret that we cannot process claims submitted after the 7-day period.
